1) Identifying the problem:
If sales are down we need to find out who's doing it.
2) List possible solutions:
When we find out whats the problem, we need to figure out who we need to fire.
If we have to fire 2 people from the same department, Our choices are:
1.) fire both of them,
2.) keep one and fire the other, or
3.) keep the both of them and let our business go down.
3) Carefully analyze the possible solutions:
  • Soultion 1: If we fire the both of them we could add someone thats more advance then the last two we fired. We could aslo save a few hundreds maybe even thosands of dollars in our company.
  • Solution 2: If were gonna fire one and keep the other then we need to know whats the highest eduaction they both accomplished. Not only check for education but to look back at all the evaluations they the both of them from the human resources. Check to see who's been attending work on time for the past 3 months. If one of our employee have been working for us for a 7years and gets paid more then the person that been working with us for 3 years and pays a little less then the other then we'd either fire the one that pays more and keep the salary for the one that gets paid less.
  • Solution 3: If ir-wrist-ist-able fire both of our employees form the same position, we could find someone that's more advanced they could help us with the sales prices.
4) Select the best solution using the results of the analysis:

Fire both employees and find someone a little more advance in the position.
